I got an interview coming up in a few weeks and was hoping someone could give me some insight on traveling from the airport over to the school/hotels nearby. Im going to be getting in at ~11 so i dunno how great it would be to take the subway over. anyone have an idea of how much a cab would run?

I stayed at the Best Western and it cost me $10 from the airport to there on the Lady Liberty (make sure you bring cash because I got my credit card number stolen!). From Best Western to the school I took a cab because I was nervous I wouldn't make it in time and it cost me $15. At least 4 people showed up late so if you wanted to take the subway I'm sure you could figure it out but I didn't want to risk it. My flight was really soon after the interview ended so again, I didn't want to waste time so I took a cab from the school to the airport which cost about $48 including a tip. Taking the subway didn't seem that hard but I didn't want to take a wrong connection and miss my flight so if you have time to take the subway, it'll be a lot cheaper. Message me if you have any questions!

How soon was ur flight? ( if u don't mind me asking) B/c i'm a little worried that the interview ends @ 4 and my flight leaves at 5:35. Just wondering if u made it in time?

interview ends well before 4 and you can call lady liberty 6 hours ahead and they will give u a ride back to the airport for 10 dollars too

So this lady liberty...i looked it up....do you just catch it outside the terminal? I am heading to phili in the morning for temple and penn interviews this week. Im staying by Penn, do they travel this way?
Any other tips or things of interest in Phili?
Thanks

The interview actually ended at 2 and my flight was at 3:40pm I think and I made it with plenty of time although I did take a taxi just to be safe. If you're concerned about catching your flight just mention it to Brian or Jeremy and they'll interview you earlier.

Yea there's a service desk I think in terminal C and you dial 27 and tell them where you need to be picked up at. There should be someone at the desk to help you incase you are confused. When I was on Lady Liberty they dropped lots of students off that lived on the UPenn campus so I'm sure if you needed a ride to somewhere near there they'd drop you off, its actually probably preferred. Call as early as possible to get a ride from the Lady Liberty back to the airport. I called at 7:30am and they told me they start taking requests or whatever at 8 but I couldn't call at this time because of the interview and when I called back at 1:30pm they couldn't pick me up because it was too late and in the end I just took a cab.
