Ive sent two copies of my transcripts from both schools Ive attened to the aacom? app service and the status page still says they have not received them. I sent transcripts to the Texas App service and they had them in last monday.
I called aacomas to ask them about my transcripts and they were like oh when were they sent, so i said almost two weeks ago, and they told me that they hadn't processed mail since 9/26 so to check back in a week. So they may have your transcrips and just not have processed the mail. Annoying huh.
I had a similar problem when I sent my apps. The website didn't list the date that they had received them until a week after they had gotten them. ie. on August 20, it said that the received them on August 13 or something like that.
Don't worry too much. I submitted my transcripts and application back in August and it took them three weeks to post that they had been received, and back dated the receipt date by two weeks. If you want to make yourself feel a little better, call the schools that you requested transcipts from and ask when they were sent and to what address. (One of my schools erroneously mailed my transcript to the wrong address. Nice to know that my ss# and other vitals are out there floating around somewhere.)
Good luck and cover all of your bases. If you contact the application service at least you'll be able to say that they were mailed on a certain date and leave the ball in their court.
Have they received your transcripts yet? When I sent mine in, the Texas schools had them well before the AACOMAS had them. AACOMAS only updates once a week if I remember correctly. Also, once they get your transcripts, it will take another 2-3 weeks for them to be processed (they check your coursework listing against the transcripts) and sent to schools. It's hard not to be impatient... God knows those people were sick of hearing my voice on the phone... "Why isn't my app finished yet? Why has everyone else received my transcripts but not you?" It all works out... If it's been an absurdly long time (more than a month from the time you requested them from your school with no signs that AACOMAS has received them) I'd start making some frantic calls....
