Has anyone who is using GLadvisors lost contact with the company? Discovered today that I'm unable to reach my loan advisor and it appears that this is why.

Does anybody have any tips on alternative loan management companies?

Why are you still looking for a loan management company? GL-Advisor basically had people pay them $400 (I think this was the cost) per year to fill out the IBR form (which is now online at studentloans.gov).

Trust me this is definitely not spam and that is not my blog. I'm actually trying to find another loan management service and was wondering if anybody had any recommendations?
