Glaucoma fellowship UK or Canada - experiences

Just wanting to hear from fellows who did their glaucoma fellowships in the UK or Canada. Looking for recommendations - where did you go and how was it?

I am also curious about doing fellowships outside of US for US trained ophthalmologist. I know Canada is 1 year longer, does that mean you cannot do a fellowship right after US residency? And is it possible/easy to practice there after fellowship
