Glen Cove Apartment Complex Question

Does anyone know anyone who lives in or knows anything about the apartment complex Glen Arms in Glen Cove? It is in Glen Cove on Brewster Street. If you take Glen Cove Road until it ends at the Fire House and make a right, that is Brewster Street. Two blocks down on your left is the apartment complex. I looked at the building yesterday, and it seemed nice to me. However, a realtor I worked with the day before said she gets many clients from there looking for a new place to rent because there are cockroaches and rats infesting the building. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Shenn... I don't have any specific info on that exact complex, but I'd go w/ whatever the realitor says!!! What motive would she have for lying about that? Probably a good idea to share that info on the class thread??

Take it from me... having crappy housing can really screw up your year. You don't want to hate your place, or have to move mid-block!!

Thank you for the advice. Thanks so to the lawyers in my family and a worrisome mother, some research led us to "conlusive findings", and I decided against the apartments. There is so much housing available, and I did not want to take a chance. Thanks again for the advice!
