Global health - MPH vs MS

Hi everyone! I'm finishing up my sophomore year of undergrad right now and trying to do some research into graduate degrees with a goal of working in global health. I've found several different programs in global health, but some of them are MPH programs with concentrations in global health and some are MS programs in global health. The coursework seems to be very similar between the two. Does anyone have any insight as to the differences?

The MPH opens the door to professional certification if it is at one of the programs accredited by CEPH.
