Glojan pathology or BRS pathology???

Why not use both? They pretty much compliment each other, and I think that Goljan has better pictures/explanations while BRS has lots of questions.

I agree. BOTH are necessary for a complete, well-rounded explanation. My system is to read Goljan through 3X then quickly skim through BRS for the few things Goljan does not mention. The only "chink" in Goljan's armor is his chapter on WBCs...its organization does not facilitate seeing the "big picture."

Also, you should be concurrently reading First Aid. So 3 books in all...
