What is a glossy fundus typically indicative of?

Being young and healthy.
+1. Take a photo of a kid w/o turning the flash way down & you'll get tons of artifacts from the reflection.

If you saw this written in your chart, it probably means the doc thought your optical media (vitreous, lens, etc) was very clear and the retina looks "shiny."
