Hey guys,

So I believe one of the TopScore questions was asking about "glucose degradation." The answer to the question suggests that glucose degradation is the entire process of cellular respiration, not just glycolysis?

Also, how do you guys find the DAT questions to be? Do you find semantics plays a large role, or is what they're asking straightforward?

Thanks :)

Yes! Glucose degradation includes the entire cellular respiration. Think about it. The pyruvate that enters the Citric Acid Cycle carries the carbons from the initial glucose, so it's still glucose carbons that are being degraded throughout the cycle.
DAT science questions are pretty straightforward specially in chemistry sections (This somewhat depends on the version of test you get). You might, however, see couple of vague questions in the biology section of the test.
