Hey. I'm a second-semester senior who is graduating in May. I'm currently taking three courses, however I believe I can drop my one elective to become a part-time student. Overall, this would save me about 500 dollars. Also, I'm studying for the MCAT, so it would give me a bit more time for that. Will medical schools will care that I am no longer a full-time student, especially considering it's my last semester of college?

As long as you're still going to get your bachelor's degree - medical schools won't care.

Keep in mind that if you have loans then not being a full-time student may pull them out of deferment.

Make sure you check with your specific loans - 6 cr hrs is enough to keep a lot of SL's deferred. It's always company specific. Good luck w/ the MCAT studying 🙂

ETA: (I've kept the pesky things at bay for 4 yrs w/ 6 cr hrs/semester)
