@MCATKINGS has given a succinct breakdown of exactly what you should focus on! The key to review is making sure you understand what your mistake was and why you made it and then learning from that mistake to ensure that you get it right the next time it shows up. It's important to review questions thoroughly and to make sure to go through each answer choice and understand why the correct one is correct and the others one are incorrect.

If you missed a question due to content deficiencies, then go back to your review books or to a video source like Khan Academy and review that topic. I usually tell my students not to take notes initially during content review, but during the process of reviewing questions, take notes over the concepts that you missed questions on, because this is material that you didn't know well enough after having presumably seen it already. After you have reviewed the content, find discrete problems that test that material, so that you can ensure that you have learned the concept and so that you can reinforce that material as well. After that, if you can find a passage that tests that concept or topic, do that as well so you can then work on applying the concept to a passage-based scenario.

Keep up the good work and if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out!
