Goljan notes/questions/high yield comments

Hey all,
what seems to be the general feeling about those high yield end of the chapter questions in those goljan notes that accompany the audio (not the rapid review book but the questions that he is always talking about in in lectures and how valuable they are).
 
I actually had one question from that... but it was also an exact replica of a question I had seen in Qbank as well. Myeloperoxidase deficiency...
You had to recognize the vignette.
IMO, these questions are so full of buzzwords that in retrospect, I would not have done them. BUt if you have time, it gives you an idea of what type of topic is considered important and then you can try to explain its significance and make it more complex by redescribing ect.....
