Just wondering if people can report, how much did RR book and audios help them between their assessments. I am wondering what the average jump is points wise.
I failed Step 1 at 187 and needless to say, i have to do Goljan in its entirety which I didn't do last time and add another qbank (maybe Kaplan) but just wanted to see how much of a jump can be expected right after Goljan?

10 points? 8 points? 15?

No one saw any jump in their NBMEs after Goljan? Anyone??

I didn't do a separate run through of just RR. I did RR and FA concurrently so it's hard to say but

After my 1st dedicated run through of FA and RR I went up 8 pts. Halfway through my 2nd run through I went up another 12 pts.

If you haven't looked at Goljan at all it can definitely give you a significant boost. I will say this though - with your score it might be more prudent to focus on knowing FA as well as possible and doing as many questions as you can. Check the experiences thread - many people have gotten 220+ w/o using RR.

Go through World again and FA as many times as possible

I did the same as the poster above where I went through RR and FA concurrently. The jump depends on your starting point. I started at a relatively high score so the jump was not as significant as if you're starting around 200.

Definitely worth every sec.

If u havent looked at goljan b4, then it definetly pulls up the score by almost 10 or more ponits..... goljan is mandatory 4 this exam....

imho the only mandatory resources are FA + UW, rapid review is an excellent complement but far from mandatory, i may even put BRS physio ahead of RR, but then again everyones exam is different
