Good audio files for the commute

I have a long commute to the hospital. Are there any decent basic clinical audio files to listen to while driving to work? I'm looking for things that will be especially relevant to an intern (Step 3 audio, basic internal medicine audio, etc.) Thanks.

My advanced field is anesthesia. But my intern year will be a transitional year made up of medicine/icu/surgery/etc and I'm looking for something that will be more relevant to a basic/broad intern level learning. Is there a Goljan for interns?

A good Grand Rounds podcast should do the trick. I can't locate it at the moment, but U of AZ has a popular one. I found the Boston U one on iTunes: http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/bu-general-internal-medicine/id264481121.

I'm sure a "Internal Medicine" search on iTunes will yield a ton of options for your commute. 👍
