Do you guys think it would be beneficial to learn medical Spanish in the half of year I have left before PT school? I'm worried I'll just forget all of it and that it's something I should learn after school

Well it's certainly not going to hurt you and it's a lot less likely that you'll take the time to do it after PT school out in the working world.

There's plenty of medical missions you can take to Latin America to hone your Spanish skills. I'm going to a Spanish school next January. PM for details. Spanish skills will be very valuable in border states, Florida, and most inner-city clinics in the country.

I see thanks for the responses, I'm just worried that I might forget it or the fact that I am trying to learn without actually being immersed around Spanish speaking patients right now will make it unproductive.
