Good Journals for Case Reports

I am looking to publish my case report. I have had some trouble finding the best journal for case reports. Any suggesstions out there? Several journals accept them, but they are online only. I want to make sure my hard work isn't wasted on a non-reputable journal! 😱

Depends on the topic matter. If pure clinical OB or GYN, go with the Green. They have a case report edition twice a year. Gray is also good, but it'll only be available on-line.

If it's US based, then try the White journal or JUM.
