Hey everyone,

I just wanted to say that it was a real pleasure to meet all of you on the interview trail this last season. Nearly every encounter made me more thankful that we've all discovered this lesser known field.

Unlike many of our friends, who don't understand my worrying about March 11th, I feel like tomorrow is the true big day for us. Good luck, and hopefully we all get the good news!

Agreed, tomorrow is the big day--I'm much more worried that something went very wrong than I am about where I matched. The NRMP website for creating a rank order list was not very fool proof; the whole process was just unsettling.

Other than the "who's who list" created on this board, is there a way to find out where everyone matched? I'd like to see where my friends from the trail ended up.

I think they started a Facebook page last year? Maybe one of them can let me know how that process went and I can get that set up for later this week.

We have a Facebook page specifically for our match class. It was started before match day and it was a great way to both see where everyone matched and to keep up with each other during intern year.

Would recommend setting one up if you are interested in keeping in touch and finding out where your friends matched.

Everyone join up! Its really new, so I'll work on getting a better photo/cover page, etc. But at least this way we can have a place to learn about our fellow applicants this week.

Just as a reminder for the verbiage they use today. If it says, "congratulations you matched," you are fully matched to both a prelim and advanced.

If you don't match something they will specifically tell you so you can participate in SOAP.
