Are all of you planning on being program directors? Because it doesn't really have much effect for students lol. Dont get me wrong, its great and all that little things are going well in the right direction- but not sure it is wholly necessary to post about every little line item haha.

Then again it is SDN and this is much better than the DoVsMD threads haha

This actually is a big deal for students. Many people feared that MD PDs would be taking over AOA residencies and displacing AOA PDs from their jobs and possibly giving more preference to MD students.

No this has to do with us retaining our program directors. Very important for us. But you dont need to take uslme as it is. You just need to for mid to upper IM and FM. Maybe low tier as well.
