What about this one in Montreal?

I don't know anything about that meeting but Montreal is an absolutely fabulous city. I used to live there and was genuinely excited to be there every day. There is a ton of stuff to do, and September is a great time of year to go. The city is clean and safe, and has a great metro system.

Are you kidding -- Montreal??? I'll take SOCAL over Canada anyday - besides IAP??????? CAP is the place to be for qualiity resident education.

Well, the IAP in Montreal this year is a big meeting because it is the 100th anniversary or something and they are doing quite a bit.

If you are going to one meeting though go to USCAP because there are companion meetings and all that, something for everyone.

BTW it is USCAP that is in San Diego in 2007.

Along those same lines- I have an interesting case report and I was going to submit it just to see what happens. I know case reports are out of style, but what would be my best shot?
ACP- San Diego
AJCP- Las Vegas
IAP- but today's the deadliine
or any others I don't know about

The CAP meeting usually has pretty good teaching activities at the resident level. But for 2006, I'm going to the IAP in Montreal. The courses and faculty appear to be outstanding. 👍

I have a project aimed for a poster presentation at USCAP, so I thought I'd try for a city other than San Diego for another meeting. Yes, the courses do look very good at IAP.

Yeah, today's the deadline so I was a little disappointed when I realized I hadn't a chance of presenting in Montréal this year - I haven't done a single AP rotation yet so it was difficult to come up with any sort of abstract. Ah well. Montréal seems a fairly popular conference city so I may luck out yet in the next 3 years.
