can you show me where you get those stats?

Well at least for number of pharmacist applicants, i can assure you when I posted for a part time position, within 2 days, i got 200 applicants. When i interviewed for a large hospital 2 years ago, 2 freaking years ago!!! Lol, the director said im one of the 10 he is interviewing out of 500 initial applicants.
Recently spoke to a PA professor and hes the one who told me about 3-4 jobs for one PA at the moment.

I have to agree with this. Night shift at LTC pharmacy is awesome. Answer the phones maybe 5-6 times on a BUSY night. Had I known it was like this I would have left retail YEARS ago. Didn't even take a pay cut to switch (the chain I worked for were cheap bastards...)

That's awesome. I will keep applying to LTC companies. I'm thinking about trying to find the owner of large nursing homes that have an inhouse pharmacy and try to market myself to them.
