I went ahead and amended the original post with some community service.

As it stands do you think I have a better shot a DO schools?

I went ahead and amended the original post with some community service. Assuming I can demonstrate commitment to community with my activities and I retake the MCAT, will the fact that I took the test three times to obtain a satisfactory score put me at a disadvantage? What if I successfully complete the post bacc with a 4.0 GPA in all of the upper division science classes, such as a rigorous biochemistry series, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, etc?

As it stands do you think I have a better shot a DO schools?
