Gpa calculation question

So I'm TAing for two classes (Ochem 2 and Genetics) where I recieve a 3 credit hour letter grade and doing research for a grade as well. The course numbers for the TA classes are Chem43XX- Instructional Techniques in Chemistry and Biol43XX- Instructional Techniques in Biology. You can recieve a F so its not really a guaranteed A but pretty close unless you really screw up/stop showing up. The question is will the TA credits and research credit (Listed as Biol43XX- Directed Study) go toward my sgpa/cgpa?

Given that they have "BIOL" and "CHEM" prefixes, I would list them as sGPA classes.
