Let's say I took a course and received a percentage grade of 86% which is an A at my university. (It is shown on my transcript as 86% A) When I compute my GPA, I list it as an A on the AADSAS application and assign it 4 quality points, right? Thanks.

i would go with whatever the letter grade they give you. i had a physics course where a 70 would get you an A.

Transcripts dont go into percentage detail and only contain the letter grade that you were awarded. AADSAS will go with the letter grade shown on you transcripts.

Just make sure you understand how your school calculates, my school everyone who applies drops a bit because they tend to give you more points for the differential in units between classes and it does not add up the same as AADSAS, I was sorely dissappointed to see my numbers drop after I had already sent out. I felt my slim chances get even slimmer at that point.
