Hi, i was confused about how PharmCAS calculates the GPA IF i repeat a class.
Do they add the hours or just average the grade which are the "points".

The equation is: Points/ credit hours

And i was wondering when you repeat the class do only the points change which is the Grade (4.0, 3.0 ... multiplied by the credit hour) and not the credit hours or both change, because the more credit hours you add the less the gpa goes up, but i dont know if for repeating the take in the credit hours or not.

PharmCAS doesn't care that you repeated the class. It just takes all grades and the credit hours for those grades and calculates your GPA. They don't care if two classes happen to have the same name.

Pretty sure this information is somewhere on their site too.
