Hi

I searched for threads but couldn't find one that answered this, maybe I just have poor searching skills.

If I were to take a summer session course at a college back home and the credits transferred to the university I am a full time student at, does the grade for the course apply to my total GPA when I apply to higher education (Med school)? I understand that most course grades don't transfer to the university itself, but I was unsure if it counted during applications.

Thanks!

Edit: Just found a thread that said all the grades are averaged. Sorry for the waste of bandwidth!

You'll have to submit your transcripts from your "college back home"; AMCAS requires transcripts from each higher education facility you attend, that is how they are all averaged.
