  1. Pre-Podiatry
So i am confused, i have retaken a few of my sciences such as gen chem 1, made a C then made a A the second go around. will they look at both of my grades and average them out? or just take my most recent score? but in my cum gpa it will have all my classes taken and retaken correct? As well what all classes fit into the sciences GPA section? i have also taken biochem and neruology. would those be in there even though they are not pre-reqs for podiatry school?

First, I would suggest reading some of the other threads. There is a recent thread named "GPA Calculation" that has all the answers to each of your questions. I don't want to sound mean, but it wasn't even necessary for you to perform a search. Just a small scroll down the forum would have led you to the answers 😉. Nevertheless, here is the link to the FAQ. https://portal.aacpmas.org/applicants2012/faq/FAQs_Directory.htm

So at the link I posted, there is a tab called "course subjects". It lists a bunch of courses and how they are classified. Just browse the link I sent you. It has A LOT of information. BUT to make things a little easier I'll answer your questions.

1) Almost all math falls into the sGPA. So yes, algebra-cal 3 will effect your sGPA.

2) A&P will fall under Biology

3) Psychology and Sociology will fall under "Other Non-science". Again, check out this link https://portal.aacpmas.org/applicants2012/faq/faq_coursesubjects.html

In terms of your lab grade, I can't confidently answer your question because my lab was incorporated into my lecture classes. Hopefully someone else can shed some light on your situation.

I hope some of this helped!!
