What are the average GPA requirements for most PA school?

Also how do they calculate your GPA for PA school? Is is done the same way as medical school where they count science and all other separately?

there are really 2 kinds of pa schools, those that focus on gpa/gre and those that focus on health care experience.
If applying to the former, you need 3.5-3.6. If applying to the latter 3.2-3.3 + great hce (like 2+ years as an rn, rt, paramedic, etc) is likely fine.
all programs look at both total gpa and sci gpa.
