The General Practice Residency program at New York Medical College currently has open positions available for the upcoming 2017-2018 cohort. One position is available at Westchester Medical Center and two to four(additional spots are pending CODA approval) at Phelps Memorial Hospital/Open Door Family Medical Centers location. Applicants must be citizens who are expected to graduate by June, 2017 from a CODA accredited dental school. Applicants must be available for orientation which occurs within the last three weeks of June. This year the Open Door outpatient services will take place in three locations; Port Chester, Brewster and a brand new location in Sleepy Hollow, NY, which is expected to open in Fall of 2017. Additionally, residents rotate through two dental vans....one a School-Based Health Center in Port Chester and a Community Center in Mount Kisco.
