They are called SMPs (Special Masters Programs). Some have you taking courses alongside med students, others just offer substantially similar courses. You can probably get your list more easily from the postbac board, no reason to create one here.

I think for first year of your PhD for Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins you can choose to take the M1 curriculum

Penn State's M.S. in Physiology lets you take anatomy with the med students then teach them the following year
