Grad school Admissions Consulting???

Have you guys heard of medical, dental, pharmacy school Admissions Consulting where they help you organize your applications and help you finalize your personal statement, essays, etc? I know Kaplan does that but there is another one called, Grad Prep Academy? I'm not sure if it is a scam or if it really helps. Does anyone know anything about this?
