I have a question about grade averages. I have three classes to retake (two that are academically necessary, and one that is not (personally necessary). Now, for example, in the Calculus class I took, the test grades went up to 120, instead of the normal 100. So, if a student made a 79 the first time and then (possibly) a 110 or 120 the retaken time, that would average out to a 94 or 99, which would be an A. But taking the average C letter and the average A letter would get a B. This isn't the only class that is like that here (Organic Chemistry is one of them). So, for classes like this, how does the grade average work?

Numerical grade doesn't matter. Applicant GPA for the same class is averaged (keep in mind + and - on grades matter).
