Do the top four schools in the Caribbean (SGU, Ross, AUC, and Saba) accept grade forgiveness in which the superior grade from a class retaken erases the lesser grade, like DO schools? Or do they operate like MD schools which average out the two grades if the class you attempted twice? I unfortunately received a very low grade for Biology I (B-) and attempted the course again and received an A. Will Caribbean schools count just the A or average out the A and B-? This makes a big difference in my gpas as with grade forgiveness it is 3.817 (3.759 science) as compared to 3.784 (3.664 science) without it.

Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.

All grades are averaged but they take note of a higher mark in the same class.

I'm no expert, but with those grades you would seem to have a good shot at a US school, depending on your MCAT score. Why such an interest in the Caribbean schools?

OK, first of all, relax. Even if you don't get grade forgiveness, that's still a pretty high science GPA which is very competitive for Caribbean med schools. If you can score at least a 30 on the MCAT, you have a shot at US med schools (both allopathic and osteopathic) as well as Caribbean ones. Nothing against Caribbean med schools (I graduated from SGU myself and received a fine education), but the best route to getting a residency in the US is through a US med school. Caribbean med schools should be more of a backup option if you've already tried to gain admission to a US med school and failed.
