Hi guys, I am going to apply this cycle and intend to submit my application in early June but my classes do not end until mid June. Is it expected that I wait until the spring quarter ends before submitting or is it acceptable/normal to submit without spring quarter grades? If I wait for spring grades, it could also delay my submission of transcripts. Is this entirely situational and I'm overthinking it? Thanks for any insight.

Traditionally, you wait for spring grades, especially if you are a junior. Delaying application until late June submission and with transcript delivery and verification, would lead to a late July or early August transmission to schools, which is perfectly on time. Also, for many juniors you need spring grades in order to have minimum 90 semester credit hours (3 full time years) to apply as many schools have that requirements. I would also suggest this is your spring grades will significantly improve or support your GPA. However, it also wont matter too much if you dont have them and you fill all the other issues I mentioned

Thank you so much for your quick detailed response.
I am technically a senior and have a ton of credits from my first attempt at school (just after high school). As a result, I don't expect my grades to skew my GPA much, if at all. In addition, the classes I am taking this quarter are not pre-reqs (electives mostly) and I am even taking one p/np. I would like to just submit early, but if it tends to look funny, I'll just wait. Why send any red flags, right?
