How much do your grades matter after you have already received an acceptance. I mean do the schools even look at your grades from your senior year after they have accepted you?
From what I've been told, they really don't matter unless you're going to be on a waiting list. And, that really depends on your grades/MCAT/recommendations, etc so far. And, my premed advisor also said that if your fall semester grades are really good, and you think that they can boost your app, then you can send them to those schools that you want to impress
As for me, right now I'm in my state school (yay!) which is great, so I'm really not going to stress this semester (senioritis has DEFINITELY kicked in!)
