I will start by saying this is just my opinion. This is definitely a nice accomplishment to be proud of and shows that you are a good person, but for a medical school application I think you can write about something better/more relevant. Did you receive any impressive academic award that you worked really hard for? Were you disadvantaged in some way but still were able to succeed? Any stories working with actual people (clinical or else)? I truly don't think what you mentioned is your greatest accomplishment, just dig deeper. Good luck!
