Thinking about getting it. Does the Step 1 have questions that key you into answers from the pictures?

Trying to figure out if its worth my time.

In my opinion, it's not worth your time and money. I think that pictures from Goljan and just Internet are more than enough. You don't get crazy pictures on your test. If you'll go through uworld you eyes will be trained to recognize any basic pathology. Also Pathoma videos helped me a lot to understand mechanics behind the picture, especially in the kidneys chapter.

I'm actually doing Kidney path questions now with USMLE-rx, and I do pretty well with all questions except the ones that ask me to interpret which type of renal pathology im looking at judging by the LM and EM images. It's pretty frustrating honestly.
