What if I grew up in really underserved area, but was not really financially disadvantaged, would I check "yes" for "Disadvantaged"

Depends on where you're applying. I would check with each school to see what they consider to be disadvantaged. Also, how medically under-served are we talking?

Doesn't hurt to check Yes. Let them decide if you really are.
