guessed on an entire passage

I recently took the MCAT and was so worn out and deflated from the PS section that by the time I got to BS I had a hint of an I don't care anymore attitude so I was not watching my time carefully. After the test however I feel I did pretty well on the PS and VR actually but had to guess on an entire BS passage Anyway my question is have any of you gotten at least a 30 after guessing on that many questions and walking out of there feeling horrible?
