Guessing you MCAT score

I was just wondering for people that have taken the test and gotten their scores, how accurate was your guess of your score and how close were you to your practice tests. I think I did ok but I don't want to set myself up and I really don't want to have to take it again. I was just wondering because this waiting and guessing is killing me.

I'm gonna guess (7V,7P,7B). Hey, at least I won't be disappointed when the real thing comes back. :wink: Gawd, I hope not! Cheer up peeps, only 43 days left! Rumor has it that they threw out the original answer key for the form that leorl had, and are now using her exam as the master key. Apparently, she found some mistakes in the exam on her way to a perfect score. Way to go leorl!!! :wink:

I dreamt my score twice. I didn't tell anyone about it, just wrote it down. Both times I saw 13, 11, 12=36. On the real thing, I got 11, 12, 12=35. Pretty close, eh?

I once had a dream I got all zero's 0V 0B and 0P. At first I freaked out (in the dream) then I realized "Hey that's not even possible! I must be dreaming!" THen the numbers on the score report magically changed into a "18V 18B 17P" and I was like "Um... nice try, but that isn't possible either... I'm waking up now!"

I was definitely not one of those people who tried to rehash the test in my mind after I took it. It was all such a blur, and I felt like a total loser, so I tried to put it out of my mind and gear myself up to re-take it in August. I felt that 27 was about the best I could hope for, and that was when I was in a very optimistic mood. I ended up with a 32, so I was surprised.

I figure that I was scoring anywhere between a 4 and a 9 on any given section on my practice quizzes. 9+4/2=6.5 rounded...20-21. Don't worry about that math. As you can see, I'm just averaging my lowest and highest practice tests and I'm hoping to meet halfway...about 6.5 or 7, which would give me a 21. I know...the test is not really graded like this, but it's how I determined what I think I got. Knowing me, I either did alot better that a 21 or alot worse!

I thought I would get a 29 or 30 b/c I got that on my last few practice AAMC tests, although my total average for Kaplan tests was like a 25 or 26, and I got a 27 on the real thing. I totally freaked on test day and checked my answers more carefully than normal, which took up more time.....

I played around with the big KAPLAN book for a while and was scoring everywhere between a 4 and a 9 on all sections. I would guess that I was pulling about a 20 or so overall. So...I figure I'd score about a 21 or 22 then. That's cool. There's always August.

I don't know. I'm kinda worried because on my practice tests, it felt like I was pulling scores out of a hat. you know? It was rough. Anyways, I thought I'd drop you a line and speak my mind. Man we are all stressing too much. I dreamed I had to take the test again but I was so confused while taking it. Then everyone who took the test had to wait in a big room while they passed out your scores. I didn't see what I got but my friend got 13-15V, 12PS, 13BS. I remember she was trying to be modest and I was super jeolous. I have also had the dreams where my combined score didn't get into the double digits.

This has been such a scary time for me. I was doing really well on the practice tests, but found the real thing very hard... so like everyone else I was having doubts. Then I went through a phase of thinking I got a really high score. Now that the scores are almost in, I'm really nervous because this is my second time taking it, and I can't afford to take it again... and so I'm just hoping my scores are good. I hate AAMC.

I went from 28 to 30 to 32 on my practice tests and ended up with a 36 on the real test, so needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised, as will most be I'm sure compared to their practice tests. I'm convinced they're made to be harder than the real thing. I ened up with a V10 PS14 BS12 Q.

i didn't take any classes, but i did have old kaplan materials, and some test out of practice books. my scores went down the whole time.
34, 32, 29, 28 on my last one. oh well. we'll see how it turned out.
