Two species of Candida how you can differentiate between them specifically?
1)Use endonuclease on the chromosome
2)ELISA
3)Western Blot

i'm pretty bad w/ lab techniques but i am fairly sure it must be 1. elisa and westerns detect proteins and antibodies thereof--rare mutations in differing species of candida will probably not have an effect on those results. endonucleases are single nucleotide specific however.

Do they mean RFLP? That might do it, depending on how divergent the two strains are.
