Hard to determine the perfect time to take the MCAT

I could take the MCAT in August after having just finished Physics II and the rest of the prereques the prior semester or I could wait until next Jan/April after I finish the upcoming semester of P-Chem, Advanced Inorganic Chem, Genetics and Human Physiology. I think all of those classes directly relate to the MCAT and maybe they will help me prepare or maybe I will just be one more semester removed from the other prereques. I never quite know the right decision to make while plodding this happy road of destiny.
