Quick question. Anyone have any comments on the hardest basic science class in dental school? My vote is biochem since I like it the least. Thoughts??

I would have said gross last semester, but after this semester I've found that Medicine is much harder than gross. Gross just takes more time.

We have Neuro over the summer, so that may claim the top prize, we'll see..

It varies for each person... I actually found biochem relatively easy compared to say anatomy. Just depends on learning style.

Path is pretty rough, but I'm going to give it to Oral med or Pharm... pharm has WAY WAY too much info and Oral med.... every lesion looks like 5 other lesions... ugh!

For me it was Neuro

Gross and Physio aren't that hard, just mountains of information to comprehend. From what the older students are telling me though Pharm next fall is going to be some good old times.

so far, neuro...

My vote is neuro as well, but I'm a first year. I don't anticipate it getting easier next year.

Neuro. At my school, its worth 3 other systems combined. Also, it was hard.

I would say Gross Anatomy or Pharmacology
