I was wondering how come people who are having a hard time getting into med school in the states not apply to for example ponce or universidad central. For example both are LCME accredited and ponce in Particular has a good reputation it is better than some schools here in the states. Also, "officially" there is no difference between a student who goes to PSM and lets say Harvard (I know Harvard is 1000 times better).In conclusion, if you lets say get good grades from ponce, do well on the boards, and godd letters of recommendation you could get into the best programs. Anyways that is just my opinion.
