Has anyone been rejected by Cornell?

I was in limbo--- I work across the street-- I was in limbo until today....finally rejected.

Really tough rejection...all the cards were in my favor for this one...

When I saw the little envelope that was all beat up and wasn't even sealed neatly, my gut told me what it was. Funny thing was that I wasn't really disappointed. I just went home, pulled my Cornell file, and recycled its contents. Who wants to go to a school that doesn't want you? Not me.

for all you people getting the rejection letters...are any of you guys august mcaters? i'm getting this bad feeling that the only reason i haven't been given the boot is because i'm an august mcater and i'm just going through a slower more agonizing rejection from cornell.
