Has anyone ever gotten an interview to a school they didn't finish applying?

I submitted my PharmCAS before I completed my supplementary applications. I really got down to the wire with time between school and work, and so I never finished or submitted my UCSD supplement. However I got an interview invitation the other day...

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm not sure if it's an accident or not. I have pretty stellar grades and scores, and I know UCSD emphasizes that. But I can't imagine they overlooked the fact that I did not submit their supplement.

Yes, the supplemental is just that. A supplemental. The primary application submitted through pharmcas generally holds much more weight.

I have received invites without submitting the supplemental.

From my understanding, UCSD interviews are open file. Do you think they will bring up the fact that I didn't complete the essays on their supplement?

You'll have to complete it prior to coming to the interview from my understanding.
