Has anyone received acceptance or denial by UPS?

I am in the process of relocating and have received a message from UPS that they are trying to deliver something to me at the address I am leaving. I have ordered nothing and expect nothing and I filed the usual change of address documents with the post office, the med schools, and AAMCAS. Has anyone received official acceptance. denial or waitlist notification via UPS? I doubt it, but I am really curious.
