Has Costco ever hired anyone?

Just asking since I have never seen their posting for rph job. Of they only hire internal.

They hired a dude I used to work with. He had the highest error rate of any pharmacist I've ever seen.

Costco doesn't have an online website that shows which jobs are available. They expect people just to fill an online application and they match applicants when a spot is open. Your chances of getting a pharmacist job at Costco are small in any large metropolitan area. Costco has a large pool of non-benefited part time pharmacists at most stores. There are lots of people that already work for Costco waiting years for pharmacist positions to open. Costco is a company known to hire from within. It is a great place to work, but nobody ever wants to leave until they retire. That said, I did see Costco hire from outside at one location this summer because none of their current employees wanted to move to that location.

It is easier to become a neurosurgeon than get hired as a pharmacist by costco.
