Back when I wrote my personal statement, I structured it in specific paragraphs to present my arguments clearly. About a month ago I realized that when I click on the submit tab on AADSAS and download the pdf summary of my pdf, 4 of my paragraph were merged into 2 (because space is narrower on that pdf file). It really affects the way my personal statement reads in a negative way. I contacted the AADSAS people and they said that schools don't use that pdf to look through your app, they have a designated portal or something. In the 'personal statement' tab however, my paragraphs retain their structure. Have any of you guys encountered this issue? i'm hesitant to call the schools cus I submitted a while ago (2.5 months/DAT scores processed on august 20th).

Yeah it happens to everyone's personal statements. It takes away any indentations you put in. What I did was put an extra space between my paragraphs. I don't think it's a big deal either way, though! This formatting issue isn't your fault so don't worry about it 🙂
