headache during masturbation

I would like to know if it is really a matter of great concern if someone starts having severe headache in the occipital region while doing masturbation? i never had this pain before but in the last few weeks..its a pulsating pain and i usually get it when i do it while standing and its so severe that i have to stop doing it..as soon i sit down and take rest, it goes away. I could not figure out what could be the underlying cause of this pain??

I am no Urologist but if it hurts stop masturbating.
Like the comedian Robert Schimmel says, guys will continue to masturbate through the chest pain. They think I know I can c*m before my hear stops.
