As with anything done online I NEVER use my bank card and ALWAYS use a credit card. Turns out this was a good plan for using the online registration service for the Red Cross.

I tried to register for CPR classes through the Red Cross online. Instead of automatically processing the credit card immediately their client just prints out somewhere and the employees enter it in. (???)

I guess the client the Red Cross uses to process their payments has a few bad eggs working there because I had to cancel that card three hours later because I had charges from shoes.com, ups.com, etc etc all within a span of 3 hours.

ALWAYS use a credit card when making online purchases...especially for this!!
